Wayne Guthals, president and founder of Blue Mountain Real Estate and Property Management, has been involved in the greater PIkes Peak area real estate market since 1987, assisting investors and owners with their portfolios. Wayne is invested in Colorado Springs
through his time spent in many professional and civic activities. He
was born and raised in the area and is a member of the National
Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) where he received
his Residential Management Professional (RMP) certification. He has held
the offices of Vice President and President of the Colorado Springs Chapter
of NARPM. He is also a member of the Pikes Peak Board of Realtors (PPAR)
and Realtors Commercial Industrial Society (RCIS.) Wayne volunteers his
service for many organizations throughout Colorado including the Boy
Scouts of America, high school coaching and as a trustee at his local
church.
